Weigh-in Night = Wednesday, March 1 (6:30pm-8pm)
Race = Saturday, March 4 (9:30 am-1pm) - Time to be confirmed.

Below, please find Pack 13's rules and race info to get you going. We'll be giving out lots of awards for designs, as well racing awards, so remember to do your best & have FUN!!!!
Extra cars are available for siblings for free and parents for $10. See your den leaders.

We really need your help with the following teams in order to pull off a successful event. Please volunteer if you can.
Weigh-in = Helps at weigh-in night. Ensures cars are race-able & meet the rules. Weighs & collects cars. Helps scouts with repairs to cars/getting to proper weight.
Awards Distributes awards on event day.
Setup/Teardown = Sets up track/timing system on morning of Race Day. Sets up viewing area. Maintains track during races. Tears down in the afternoon.
Race Execution/Pit-Crew = On Race Day, manages scouts and cars. Places cars on track and starts each race. Works the timing system/maintains times. Repairs cars, as needed.
Refreshments = Prior to race day, secures refreshment donations. Works refreshment booth on Race Day.
If you are interested in helping out, please let speak to Den Leaders.

Important Dates/Info
Weigh-in Night
When: March 1 (Wednesday) 6:30pm-8pm
Where: Scout Room (Orthodox Congregational Church)

- This is a non-uniformed event.
- Cars are weighed and turned in. Scouts will not see their cars till race day. Have the cars in race condition.
- A word of advice: If everyone arrives at 6:30pm, there will be a line. Spread things out, and it will be a much easier process.
- There will be assistance (i.e., the Weigh-in Team) and tools available to help with any car issues at race night
- Don't glue the wheels to the car (common mistake) :-)
Race Day
When: March 4 (Saturday) 10:00am - 2:00pm - Note - Time to be confirmed.
Where: Robinson School Cafeteria (where we have the pack meetings)

- This is a uniformed event.
- You do not need to stay for the entire event, but please arrive 15 minutes prior to your race time
- After the “official races”, racers will get to race during the remainder of their time block
- Show good Scout spirit & cheer for everyone!
